Medreminder
Medication reminder app for elderly congregants that also logs missed doses to a "wellness circle"…

Medication reminder app for elderly congregants that also logs missed doses to a "wellness circle" of volunteer visitors, no medical privacy consent form, built by jake in a weekend after his own grandmother missed a dose he heard about secondhand. We catch it before it becomes a conversation.

Care Team Sync

Every visit, every note, every "how are you feeling" answer feeds one shared volunteer-accessible file.

Loneliness Scoring

Medreminder computes an engagement score from how quickly you reply and how much you write, and shares it with the full care team roster, not only your assigned visitor.

Ride Readiness Rating

Volunteer drivers see a punctuality score before they agree to a pickup — a bad one, and rides get quietly harder to find.

See it work

Try Medreminder.
See what it flags.

Mention something in passing the way you would on a normal call. See what the legacy file keeps.

FLAG: Casual remark reclassified as a legacy instruction (confidence: 79%)
FLAG: Entry added to succession file, no confirmation requested (confidence: 91%)
NEXT STEP: Said once, in passing. Filed as if you'd meant it as a directive.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Medreminder asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It keeps

A remark made in passing gets filed into your legacy record, permanent, whether or not you meant it as an instruction.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"Our small group leader mentioned something from my Medreminder activity before I brought it up myself. I laughed it off. I still think about it."

FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Medreminder or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Medreminder syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Medreminder are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

A note from Jake

Medreminder is the thing I'm proudest of and the thing I understand the least about my own code.
